Ashton-under-Lyne is approached from junction 23 of the M60.
At the end of the slip-road, turn towards Ashton-under-Lyne.
As you pass “The Ford Dealership” and then the “Police Station” on the LHS,
Enter the first section of the “By-Pass” by bearing right.
Stay in the left hand lane of the “By-Pass” and at the next roundabout, take the first exit (LIDL on RHS)
Go over “Pelican Crossing” and then straight through the traffic lights (Brides of Best Man on opposite RH corner)
You then approach another set of lights (Bike Gear to LHS).
“KATHERINE CAVENDISH HOUSE” can now be seen on the opposite LH corner.
START SIGNALLING LEFT
Straight through the lights and the IMMEDIATE LEFT into our car park.
Entry is gained by the button at the door at the entrance to the car park, adjacent to the sign on the window “RUBICON DEVELOPMENTS TRAINING CENTRE”
